Shipping & returns

At TennisTopia, we seek to provide you with the best experience possible. We have updated our returns policy and will accept all returns and exchanges on unused products in their original packaging (with all tags) within 90 days of purchase. A pre-paid return label will be provided with orders over $75(weight less than 14 lbs.) for customers located in the continental U.S. (excludes over-sized and perishable items such as tennis balls and nutrition supplements). Only one pre-paid return shipping deal per order. When returning or exchanging, you can insert a note with the reason for your return as well as exchange instructions, etc.

To process your return, please follow these guidelines below, and complete our form using your TennisTopia customer account:

1. Apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached.

2. Shoes must be in brand new condition and returned in the original manufacturer's shoe box. Do not place any labels or tape on the manufacturer's shoe box.

3. Racquets must not be used, plastic must still be on the handle. Returned racquets strung at TennisTopia will be credited, minus the cost of string and $15 labor charge.

4. Login to your account at TennisTopia.com, visit the return section, explain reason, what you would like(return, exchange, etc.) and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

A restocking fee is applicable at the discretion of TennisTopia.com if any of these steps are not followed.

In addition to returns, TennisTopia will cover the shipping costs of one exchange. Note: Many of our products come with manufacturer's warranties (see links below for details and for further information on specific product returns).

Products not returned in new condition or after 90 days from the invoice date may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of TennisTopia. If any item is ineligible for a refund or store credit, the product will be returned to the customer.

*Same day shipping applies to regular orders and not special orders. Exclusions include (and are not bound solely to): Shipping provider restraints(weekend pickups), weather delays, software glitches, unforeseeable events  or customer mistakes.
